Christine Triantos

Christine Triantos is a seasoned workshop facilitator and a recognized expert in establishing and optimizing outsourced accounting practices. With over 25 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, Christine has successfully guided numerous organizations through the process of transitioning to outsourced accounting solutions, enabling them to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and increase profit margins.

Christine started her career with BDO in 1996. In 2002, the local partners bought the practice from BDO and formed ACM to become a BDO Alliance Firm. Then, in 2020, BDO re-acquired ACM. She served as the Firm Administrator, CFO and CAS partner during her career with both firms. Along with Michelle Welch, she started the CAS practice in 2008. She was the West Regional CAS Partner at BDO and managed the National CAS technology team. Her experience building and managing a CAS practice with multiple offices of various sizes allows her to provide CAS consulting to firms of all sizes. She also worked with BDO’s India team to integrate US and offshore clients/teams, increasing profit margins. She understands the balance needed from onshore teams and offshore teams and technology integration to enhance collaboration, capacity and margins.

As a passionate advocate for leveraging outsourced accounting to drive business growth, Christine has conducted workshops and seminars for a wide range of audiences, sharing her in-depth knowledge and practical insights. Her engaging and informative sessions have empowered business owners, CFOs, and accounting professionals to navigate the complexities of outsourcing with confidence. Her expertise, combined with a dynamic and approachable presentation style, has made her a sought-after speaker at National conferences and corporate events. She has facilitated the National Client Advisory Workshop for CPA.com for the last seven years and has been selected to continue as a facilitator for 2024.

Due to her technology and CAS expertise, she has served on councils for AICPA/CPA.com, Intuit and BILL. She stays abreast of new and enhanced technology products and partners with numerous CAS technology vendors.
