Moreover, regardless of the number of User Packs you sign up for, every user will gain access to all of Infinite Ties’ resources.

Pre-Membership
Having been early adopters and practitioners in the CAS space for over a decade, we understand that the CAS community can often feel like an island. We understand the need for CAS members to objectively discuss what’s working, what’s not working, technology solutions and best practices. We have trained team members on specific CAS theory and techniques and also understand that finding CAS specific training can be difficult. We are passionate about CAS and wholeheartedly want to help CAS professionals be rockstars in this space.
The social community forum, vendor spotlight sessions, co-hort chat rooms, live webinars, recorded trainings, CAS specific documents (all but a handful are included with the membership), and vendor corner that lists CAS vendors.
A short list of questions will be prompted so we can learn more about your interests, where you are in your CAS journey which will also help us to create content based on requests and demands. The answers provided will be confidential and not shared. A credit card is required upon signing up and will be charged immediately and each month thereafter. Each organization will be vetted to verify they are a CAS professional as we’re adamant and protective of the member community. The vetting process can take up to 24 business hours and should Infinite Ties determine that you’re not a CAS professional, a full refund will be issued immediately.
Firm or member information will not be shared with any vendors, firms or members. Each member will have the option to share their profile or keep it confidential.
Each member has the option to use a nickname when posting or replying to questions which is easily manageable in each profile. Training can also be anonymous; each firm will not have access to view each member’s elected trainings.
To have a sense of belonging, to connect with fellow CAS professionals that understand what you’re going through, that can help, can expedite and contribute to the growth of your practice. To share knowledge that each of you have learned along your journey. You’ll also find tools and resources that are essential in the day-to-day CAS tasks.
The community will serve all levels of CAS professionals. The community will also allow you to join co-hort groups that are similar to your practice size, industry niches, technology interests and other exciting CAS groups based on the community’s suggestions and demands.
Only CAS professionals will be allowed to become members.
Live webinars and separate recorded trainings will be available. A calendar of events will be available to view for the current quarter. All trainings will be accounting, technology or CAS specific.
No, CPE will not be awarded. The trainings are intended to be interactive and tailored around members’ needs without distracting from regulatory requirements.
While the majority of the materials are included in the membership, a few premium documents will be available for purchase. All other documents, community, training, webinars will be included in the monthly membership.
Yes, memberships can be cancelled at any time, however, pro-rated refunds will not be available. Cancelled memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Spotlight Vendor sessions will be held 1-2 times per month and will be CAS focused. Vendors will not be able to view the participants, nor will they receive a list of participants after the session. Members will not receive marketing emails from vendors; however, members will have the option to reach out to vendors as they choose.
Post-Membership
We encourage logging in frequently to actively participate in the community, foster conversations, catch important announcements, to get the most out of your membership. Of course, you're welcome to use the site at your own pace.
Yes, go to your profile page, select edit, enter an anonymous name in the “nickname” field, then select the display name from the dropdown box. Member’s profiles will default to public upon initial set-up, you will need to edit to make your profile private if you so choose. However, we encourage members to get to know each other and grow your network.
Members will be able to easily filter conversations they are involved in. Members will also have the option to receive an email when posting or replying to questions.
Yes, each page will have a search option, and members can also filter by groups/tags.
All questions and responses can only be accessed by being a member. Firm and member profile information will be confidential and not shared. All credit card information will be securely stored by Stripe (third party credit card processor).

Within the community, you will see a blue button that will allow you to subscribe and unsubscribe to certain tags/categories. You can also view and edit what you’re subscribed to from the profile page.
When posting a question, you will see a dropdown box that will allow you to select the best fit tag.
