Christine Triantos
Co-FounderChristine is a nationally recognized CAS strategist, facilitator and practice builder with nearly three decades of experience in the accounting profession. She brings a rare combination of executive leadership and firsthand experience building, leading and scaling CAS across multiple offices, teams and industries.
She began her career with BDO in 1996 and later served as Firm Administrator, CFO and CAS Partner with ACM, a BDO Alliance firm. In 2008, she and Michelle Welch launched ACM's CAS practice. When BDO reacquired the firm in 2020, Christine became BDO's West Regional CAS Partner and led its National CAS technology team.
Christine has facilitated CPA.com's National Client Advisory Services Workshop, served on advisory councils for AICPA/CPA.com, Intuit and BILL, and led workshops and strategic sessions for accounting practices and technology providers nationwide. She is also the founder of Infinite Advisors.
Michelle Welch
Co-FounderMichelle brings more than 25 years of accounting experience spanning tax, GAAP, risk mitigation, technology and Client Accounting Services. After beginning her career in tax, she partnered with Christine Triantos to build and scale a technology-forward CAS practice from the ground up.
Michelle is the technical architect behind much of the training offered through Infinite Ties. She developed its comprehensive CAS technical curriculum to help bookkeepers, staff, seniors and emerging managers strengthen their accounting knowledge and apply it confidently in real client situations. Her training connects technical accounting concepts with month-end close, financial reporting, technology, workflow and advisory thinking, making complex topics practical and accessible for professionals at every level.
Known for her operational mindset and engaging teaching style, Michelle helps practices translate accounting knowledge and technology into consistent processes, stronger teams and better client outcomes.
Deneen Dias
Co-FounderDeneen has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting profession, helping practices position, launch and grow scalable, high-value CAS practices by connecting strategy, technology, marketing and client experience.
She has trained hundreds of practices nationwide through her work facilitating CPA.com's Digital CAS Roadmap Workshop. Her expertise includes pricing, staffing, scope management, risk mitigation, automation, and helping practices evolve from transactional services toward advisory. She is particularly skilled at translating complex CAS strategies into clear messaging, compelling offerings and practical growth plans that drive adoption and recurring revenue.

Della Copp
Chief Marketing OfficerDella Copp is Chief Marketing Officer of Infinite Ties, where she leads marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications to expand the organization's reach and impact within the accounting profession.
A strategic marketing and events leader with extensive experience in the accounting and technology sectors, Della specializes in turning industry expertise and thought leadership into meaningful market engagement. Her background spans brand strategy, content development, experiential marketing, public relations, social media, strategic partnerships, education and events.
Prior to joining Infinite Ties, Della held leadership roles with CPA.com and Botkeeper, developing marketing, event, education and thought leadership initiatives for accounting professionals nationwide. Her work has focused on some of the profession's most important areas of change, including CAS, tax, audit transformation, artificial intelligence, automation, technology, practice growth and profitability.
Throughout her career, Della has built relationships across the accounting ecosystem, collaborating with accounting practices, technology providers, associations, state CPA societies, consultants and industry thought leaders to create programs and partnerships that educate, engage and connect professionals.

Our Vision

We built what we couldn't find.
When we started building CAS practices, there wasn't a definitive pathway to success. The accounting profession had decades of infrastructure around audit and tax: training, methodologies, workflows, career paths and standards. CAS was different.
So we learned by doing. We tried things that worked. We tried plenty that didn't. We figured out pricing, staffing, technology, scope, client selection, workflows, advisory and how to develop people while we were actually running CAS practices, with live clients and real deadlines.
Out of all of it we built a CAS operating model: a repeatable way to define, price, staff, deliver and grow the work, rather than a stack of disconnected templates.
Infinite Ties is what came out of those lessons. We've turned decades of real-world experience into the training, tools and frameworks we wish we'd had when we started.
