The Growth Engine (COMING SOON)

Stop guessing what to charge.

CAS Growth and Profitability Engine works out what the price should be, from your costs rather than a benchmark. It diagnoses the client, prices the work, writes the proposal and engagement letter, and reads the book you already have.

How It Works

Understand → Scope → Price → Protect

Prospects Existing Clients Renewals

Most CAS margin is lost in the first conversation, long before anyone notices it on a realization report.

Understand

How complex is this client really? Transaction volume, entity structure, systems in place, cleanliness of the books and how they actually operate.

Scope

Identify the work required, name what's included and, more importantly, name what isn't. Scope you can point at is scope you can defend.

Price

Build pricing from complexity and effort rather than from what they paid last year or what their tax return cost.

Protect

Set expectations up front so scope creep becomes a conversation you planned for instead of a cost you absorb.

CAS Growth and Profitability Engine

One engine, from first diagnostic to signed engagement letter. Five things it does, in the order you'd actually use them.

01

It starts before the price

A diagnostic of around 170 questions covering the condition of the books, the systems, compliance exposure and how the client actually works with you. Use as much of it as the engagement warrants.

What you learn feeds three places at once: it pre-sets the scope so you aren't entering the same facts twice, it becomes the findings in your proposal, and it produces a findings report you can hand over on its own.

02

It prices from your costs, not a benchmark

You tell it what your people cost, how much of a paid hour actually reaches a client, and what your overhead runs to. It prices transaction volumes, entities and the condition of the books.

It also prices the part nobody else prices: what a client's habits cost you when records arrive late and approvals need chasing.

03

The documents come out with the price

A proposal, an engagement letter and a scope of work, all describing the same scope at the same fee, with the findings from your analysis already written in.

Download them as Word to edit, or print straight to PDF. There is no disclaimer page to delete and nothing watermarked. The wording that protects the fee is drafted for you. Everything else is yours to change.

04

It reads the book you already have

Three columns from a spreadsheet, name, monthly fee and hours a month, and it tells you what your book is worth, where you're concentrated, what you realize an hour, and which clients take far longer than the rest.

05

It checks its own assumptions against your practice

The effort standards it ships with come from the profession at large, not from you. Once a few clients have hours against them, it will tell you whether its estimates match your book and offer to rescale them. It does the same with your margin target.

Why It's Different

Most pricing tools take your number and make it look professional.

This one works out what the number should be.
